Amanda H. Snowden

Amanda Snowden, the owner and managing broker of Snowden & Company Real Estate, LLC, began her real estate career in 2006 coming from a background as a legal assistant at a real estate law firm.  Since then, Amanda's passion for real estate and helping her clients achieve their goals has led her to become one of the area’s top producing REALTORS, selling millions of dollars in inventory as both a listing & selling agent.  Amanda, a Mississippi State graduate, holds multiple designations and certifications in real estate including being a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, which gives her team and clients a strong advantage in our market.  In 2021, Amanda became licensed as a Residential Builder by the 

State of Mississippi Board of Contractors taking her knowledge of homes to the next level.  

Amanda is also very active in the Realtor community and proudly serves on various committees for the East Mississippi Realtors as well as the Mississippi Realtors and is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors.  Presently, she is serving as President Elect for EMR as well as chairperson for the EMR MARPAC committee; she actively sits as vice chairperson for the Mississippi Realtor Institute Advisory Commitee.  Amanda has also been greatly involved with the Mississippi Realtor Legislative and Regulatory Affairs committee over the years where she has been able to closely monitor state legislation that effects property rights, home ownership, and the real estate industry.  She has enjoyed investing and working with the Realtors Political Action Committee to lobby for the rights of all of her clients - past, present, and future.  

Giving back to the community in a unique way, Amanda dedicates her volunteer efforts to educating local high school and community college students on 'Real Life & Real Estate' as well as teaching them the importance of financial growth and responsibility in preparation of eventually achieving home ownership.

Amanda is married to Devin Snowden, who is the owner of Greywood Timber Company as well as an agent at Snowden & Company, and they are the proud parents of two sons, Grey & Giles.   You may find Amanda spending her spare time at home with family, cheering on Grey at a bull riding competition, organizing & designing, or enjoying her friends on the tennis court!
