Amanda H. Snowden, REALTOR®/Broker/Owner
Amanda Snowden, the sole owner/broker of Snowden & Company Real Estate, LLC, began her real estate career in 2006 coming from a background as a legal assistant at a real estate law firm. Since then, she has risen to one of the area’s top producers, selling millions of dollars in inventory as both a listing & selling agent. Amanda, a Mississippi State graduate, has earned the designation of Seller Representative Specialist and is also a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert. In 2021, Amanda extended her coverage range to not only include the East Mississippi area, but also the Jackson and Central Mississippi market by joining MLS United.
Amanda has served on various state and local Realtor Committees, including the Board for the East Mississippi Realtors, where she had the role as 2017 President. She is currently serving on the Mississippi Association of Realtor's Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committee and she is a major investor to MARPAC, a political action group that supports bills to protect home ownership and the rights of property owners. Amanda has also received numerous service awards for exemplary contributions to Realtors and the real estate profession including:

Amanda is married to Devin Snowden, who works in the timber industry, and they are the proud parents of two sons, Grey & Giles. You may find Amanda & her family cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs, running a 5K, biking, or enjoying water sports on Okatibbee Lake.

Devin Snowden, REALTOR®
Devin, an avid sportsman & outdoor enthusiast, has been a part-time agent at the firm since 2019 focusing primarily on recreational and investment land transactions. He offers extensive knowledge and experience with land as well as being exceptionally familiar with Lauderdale County and surrounding areas. Devin holds a degree in Forestry Technology and has over 18 years of experience in the timber procurement industry where he has developed excellent customer relations and sharp negotiation skills. He is currently employed with Richton Tie & Timber as a timber buyer where he handles large and small timber transactions giving him the ability to represent all of his clients with outstanding services and making him no stranger to handling contracts with precision.
In 2017, Devin was named one of Meridian’s Top 20 Under 40 for admirable contributions to our community by being a mentor to our youth through his coaching involvement. Devin is also a member of the Lauderdale County Forestry Association where he served as president from 2015-2017.
Devin enjoys being outdoors and hunting with his sons, coaching youth sports, and being a Bulldog fan. His primary focuses in real estate will be assisting buyers and sellers with land and commercial transactions but also looks forward to helping clients with residential sells.

Laurie Heitz, REALTOR®
Laurie, a California native but long time Lauderdale County resident, has diligently served buyers and sellers of our area for over two decades. Leslie Turner has been a valuable member of Snowden & Company Real Estate since 2019 and is a multi-million dollar producer helping both buyer and seller clients. In 2021, Leslie was voted #2 in the Meridian Star Reader's Choice awards for Best Real Estate Agent. She has also been a resident and registered nurse in Lauderdale County for over a decade. She has assisted patients in their most difficult times and is no stranger to the code of ethics and serving the general public with excellence. As an entrepreneur of an event and party planning business, Leslie has a great eye for detail and has been trusted with many of her clients’ most precious life events. She is now merging those skills into the real estate profession. Leslie and her husband, Eugene, have three beautiful children, Kaiden, Brooklyn, and Bryson. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, playing spades, traveling, and helping others.

Elizabeth Borders joined the team at Snowden & Company in 2021. She was born and raised in Genoa, Illinois but has called Meridian, Mississippi her home since 1997. Elizabeth served the legal community in Meridian for 17 years and assisted clients through some of the most difficult and sometimes joyous times in their lives while also managing the daily functions of a law firm. She has an extensive knowledge of the code of ethics. She currently is serving as the Program Administrator for a local non-profit, Meridian Classical Center for Learning, that serves a unique niche of the community. Because of her extensive management background, she is detail orientated and ready to join the real estate profession. Elizabeth and her husband have four children Daniel, Madelyn, Claire and Brendan. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, interior decorating, photography, dance, yoga, and cooking.

Hank Butler joined the team at Snowden & Co. as a part time agent in 2022. Born and raised on a dairy farm in Brooksville, MS, he now resides in Kemper County and has close ties to Lauderdale & Noxubee counties. For the past 24 yrs he has built a successful career as an agency manager in the insurance industry in Noxubee & Kemper. His professional character has been molded by his honesty and care as he helps clients protect their homes, their assets, and their families. Holding himself to a high work ethic, he executes duties within and outside of his scope of responsibilities in order to always meet his customers’ needs. In addition, he will bring tenacity, integrity, and attention to detail as he assists you with all your real estate needs. Hank and his wife, Renee’, have two loving daughters, Claudia and Olivia. They have a small farm where they raise goats and dairy cattle. Jeremy Tew, REALTOR®
Jeremy Tew joined the team at Snowden & Company in 2023. Being born and raised in Meridian, MS, he is very familiar with it and all the surrounding areas. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2002 with a degree in forestry. As owner of Tew Forest Management, Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the forestry business. He is a Mississippi registered forester and has extensive knowledge assisting landowners with forest and land management. He uses his knowledge and experience to assist buyers and sellers with land transactions.
Jeremy and his wife Kristi have three children Miles, Regan, and Kinley. In his free time you can find Jeremy spending time with family and friends, boating on the Tombigbee River, or hunting at his camp in Lauderdale.
